Brothers 4 Life BJJ (Brazilian jiu jitsu) in Lynn have recently held a grading in which the majority of the students have seen rewards for their hard work.

Head coach and BJJ black belt Manasses Filho, has monitored everyone’s progress inside the gym and during national competition.

Special mention to Dan Cusdin and Damon Goodson who achieved the rank of Blue Belt after several years of dedication. With the belts in BJJ being notoriously difficult to acquire, this is a great acheivement.

Many of the other students achieved additional tags on their belt, a step towards achieving the next colour belt.

The club will soon be undergoing a few timetable changes.

As part of this they will be offering beginners/ fundamental lessons, catering for those who are completely new to BJJ or grappling martial arts.
