Lynn Patriots American Football Club had a controlled scrimmage game with the Norwich Devils, on Sunday, in build-up to the 2016 season.

Lynn Patriots took control of the game from the outset with a touch down early in the game from quarter-back Andrew Rhys Evans.

A second touchdown arrived in the final minutes of the game from Jonny George following a fumble recovery.

The club are still looking for more players to come along a try out this resurging sport.

Currently there are 35 players, but ideally they would like a full squad of 45-plus players, still room for a few more.
