Kieran Herbert achieved the once in a lifetime feat (unless you’re Jim Laker!) and took all ten Castle Rising wickets, with the tenth wicket coming off the final ball of his last over to bowl Rising all out for 67.
Earlier Jonathan Forder had scored 88 and Lewis Jeavons 49 in Snettisham A’s total of 216 for 6. That 149-run victory kept the pressure on Division One leaders Hockwold.
Roy Bland scored 90 and Tom Harris 47 in Hockwold’s total of 230 all out with Chris Smith taking 4 for 45.
Scott Howard 59 and Aaron Nicol 75 put on 119 for the third wicket but their innings ended off the last ball of the match for 198 with Simon Groom taking 4 for 37. Hockwold retain a 10-point lead at the top with three matches to play.
Matt Taylor scored 36 in Hillington’s score of 98 all out. James Harper top scored with 45 as Denver knocked off the runs in the 23rd over for a seven-wicket victory.
Excellent figures of 10-5-11-4 from David English helped restrict Heacham to 126 for 9. Ash Drohan scored 39 as Northwold reached the target in the 32nd over to win by eight wickets.
Narborough A moved into second place ahead of Castle Acre who they beat by eight wickets. Michael Edwards was unbeaten on 25 as Castle Acre reached 102 for 9 in their 45 overs with Samuel Reynolds taking 3 for 10. Matthew Coe scored 66 in an opening stand of exactly 100 with Peter Crisp to help complete the victory in the 22nd over.
AMBiT Projects Ltd MoM Shaun Claxton held the Hospital innings together with a patient 59 against a disciplined bowling display by Fakenham 3rds as Hospital reached 115 for 6 in their 45 overs. Oscar Cambell scored 31 as again the bowlers were on top as the match ended in a tie with six runs needed off the last over culminating in a run out from the last ball of the match.
Patrick Barrett was unbeaten on 34no as Sandringham A’s innings ended on the last ball, all out for 104 with Jonny Williams taking 4 for 25 and Niel Wynn 3 for 12. Cameron Bear took 5 for 17 and James Hearmon 3 for 23 as Downham 3rds were bowled out for 57 in the 22nd over to give Sandringham A victory by 47 runs.
Dersingham A took over at the top after their 157-run victory against Denver A. Jamie White hit 101 in Dersingham A’s all out total of 209 with Henry Davidson taking 3 for 44. Harvey Wardle top scored with 27 as Denver A were dismissed for 58 with Michael Hazel taking 3 for 4.
Castle Rising were restricted to 153 for 9 with Paul Ingram taking 4 for 18. Captain and opener Tim Clarey hit an unbeaten 59 with good support from Connor Grief with 35 to see Snettisham A home to a seven-wicket victory in the 28th over.
Michael Dye scored 33 in Swaffham A’s total of 155 all out with Neil Farrow taking 3 for 23. Jack Coggles took 4 for 4 as Gooderstone A were dismissed for 50 to give Swaffham A victory by 105 runs.

Bircham A were unable to raise a team and so forfeited their T20 Group A cup match against Gayton, which means Gayton will progress to the final to play Group B winners Snettisham A.
