Aaron Reeve from Gayton had a good debut in the Super Cooper Cup Series, a one make race series using the R53 Mini Cooper S.
On his first outing this weekend at Cadwell Park, Reeve finished second in class in both races.
Reeve, owner of A Reeve Performance based in Lynn, said: “It’s the first time I have ever raced, so not a bad result!”
The new race series for 2015 features the Supercharged, BMW MINI Cooper S (R53). The Super Cooper Cup has 14 rounds and is intended as a value one make racing series which should appeal to clubman race competitors who are looking for a step up in performance from many of the other budget one make saloon car series.
