Eight Ryston Runners junior athletes featured in a combined Norfolk team at the Eastern Young Athletes’ League (EYAL) fixture in Peterborough on Sunday.
Liam Clare achieved a PB in Long Jump and equalled his 100m best time.
Kit Howlett ran his first ever 800m and placed second in his race in 2:34.5. He was fourth in the 75m Hurdles in 15.5.
Kit and Liam were half of the U13B 4 x 100m relay team that equalled the Ryston age group record for this event.
Robert MacQueen ran a PB of 26.6 in the U15B 200m.
Mia Moore (U13G) was second in her heat and seventh overall in her 800m event and achieved a 14cm PB in Long Jump, 3m 54.
Gabby Clare achieved a 4cm PB in U15G Triple Jump as well as performing well in Long Jump.
Lily Teasdale recorded a Shot Putt 4m 06 PB at new weight. She also ran 100m and 200m.
Saffron Teasdale contested the Long Jump, Discus and 1500m in U15G competition.
