Dersingham driver bags two podium places at Snetterton in penultimate round of The Royal Purple Hot Hatch Championship
Dersingham’s Phil Wright put his Civic Racer on pole position while qualifying in torrential rain on Saturday morning for the penultimate round of The Royal Purple Hot Hatch Championship.
Competing last weekend at his home circuit of Snetterton, Wright held first place from lights to finish line in race one on Saturday night.
Starting from pole position again in race two on Sunday, Wright stretched out a fantastic lead from the chasing hot hatches.
Wright went on to clinch victory in the race and claimed the fastest lap for good measure.
The West Norfolk driver competes next in the last meeting of The Royal Purple Hot Hatch Championship season at the Northamptonshire circuit of Silverstone on Sunday, October 27.
Wright, who has enjoyed another excellent season on track, is supported by Luke Loades, of Rounce and Evans Property Management and Shaun Hagen, of Shaun Hagen Motor Services.
