West start slowly and on receiving end of a numerous converted Wisbech penalties

Wisbech 21 West Norfolk 15

In a heated local derby that contained no fewer than four yellow cards, West Norfolk failed to take their chances against a tough Wisbech side.

Similar to the previous week, West started slowly and found themselves on the receiving end of a number of converted Wisbech penalties.

However, West eventually regrouped and a well-taken lineout by Matt Addison led to a driving maul allowing No.8 Ash Colvin to crash over the line.

Some big tackles from both sides led to some heated encounters leading up to half-time, with fly half Sam Moses and captain Adam Fox leading the defensive effort.
