The 2024 stock car season bursts into life at the Adrian Flux Arena on Saturday night (5pm).

As is tradition, the season opener features BriSCA F2 stock cars, 2L stock cars and 1300 stock cars.

A big night of action is on the cards with more than 80 F2 cars, and around 40 2L and 1300 cars booked in.

It is a big night for our BriSCA F2 stock car drivers with Saturday’s meeting being the venue’s World Championship Qualifying Round and also staging the Aaron Patch Memorial race.

Marcus Gilbert and Ryan Leeks put new cars through their paces last Sunday and both will be confident of getting a good points haul come Saturday.

Ben Cole and Beth Usher will both be in action in the F2 stock cars.

The annual Charlene Kingston Memorial is being staged with Levi List and Kegan Sampson flying around the circuit last weekend.

They will be joined on track by Austen Freestone and Chris Masters.

Completing the action is the 1300 stock cars where Garry Lusher will be making his debut in the formula.

Lusher is an experienced pilot around the ovals having competed well in several different classes over the years.
