Fakenham Racecourse stages a six-race card tomorrow afternoon with the action getting underway at 12.55pm and concluding at 3.50pm.
It will be the course's second meeting of the new national hunt season.
The going at the track is currently good and there are showers forecast at the track. We have previewed the action with a race by race guide.
12.55pm Maiden Hurdle (2m)
Nine Nine Nine was well-supported ahead of his bumper debut at Warwick, but could only finish sixth. However, he looks sure to be suited by the switch to timber.
Grandeu D’Ame has his first run for Alan King having filled second in a competitive Listed bumper at Cheltenham in November, before contesting the Tolworth Hurdle in January.
This represents a steep drop in grade and he is respected. However, preference is for Hermes Bellevue.
He has his first run for Paul Nicholls having finished third at Pau in the French provinces on his latest.
He looks a fascinating purchase and is taken to make a winning British debut.
Selection: Hermes Bellevue.
1.30pm Mares’ Novices’ Handicap Chase (2m 5f)
All five have a chance. Precious Eleanor fell on her final start last term, but is respected along with Printing Dollars who filled third at Ludlow last time out.
Makety stayed on well to score at Worcester and is another who warrants respect, whilst A Little Chaos feel on her chasing debut at Worcester, but remains unexposed and capable of further improvement.
However, top-weight Barbados Blue is an interesting contender.
Fourth to Precious Eleanor at Ludlow in March, she posted a good effort when third at Market Rasen last time out and she looks to have the size and scope to excel over fences.
Selection: Barbados Blue.
2.05pm Fillies’ Juvenile Hurdle (2m)
The Yellow Mini was beaten at Fontwell last time out, but remains open to more improvement, whilst Ramure finished a good second at Sedgefield on her latest start.
However, preference is for Aliomaana for Milton Harris.
The three-year-old daughter of Raven’s Pass impressed when scoring by 29 lengths at Perth last time out and she is taken to defy a penalty here.
2.40pm Novices’ Limited Handicap Chase (2m)
Donamd McCain saddles Cenotice who scored at Perth in July, but disappointed on his second start for the trainer at Bangor.
Paddy’s Motorbike was a dual winner over hurdles for Sam Thomas and has to be respected on chasing debut having started favourite for a competitive G3 event at Aintree last season.
However, Atholl Street looked a classy prospect for Paul Nicholls, prior to disappointing in the Dovecote at Kempton and he is taken to make a winning start to life over fences here.
Selection: Atholl Street.
3.15pm Handicap Hurdle (2m)
Top-weight Glimpse Of Gold is a live contender, but Ottavio gets the vote.
The four-year-old was a good fourth at Sedgefield last time out and a reproduction of that effort would see him go close here.
3.50pm Novices’ Handicap Chase (3m)
Tommie Bleu is chasing the four-timer and looks sure to go well if able to defy joint top-weight.
However, Achy Breaky Heart is taken to complete the hat-trick.
The seven-year-old has scored at Huntingdon and Plumpton of late and whilst he has to defy a 5lb rise, he looks sure to go well here.
Selection: Achy Breaky Heart.
