King’s Lynn postpone home Premiership clash against Belle Vue

King's Lynn's home clash with Belle Vue in the Rowe Motor Oil Premiership scheduled for Thursday (August 8) has been postponed.

The decision has been taken with the agreement of all parties due to the lack of available riders to run a credible fixture.

The PSH Environmental Stars' current list of absences would have been extended to include Czech star Jan Kvech, who is required to race in a rearranged PGE Ekstraliga fixture in Poland.

And with all but one of the seven teams in the Premiership due to race on Thursday, finding suitable guest cover has proved impossible.

The Aces will now visit the Adrian Flux Arena on Wednesday, August 28, with the Stars heading to the National Speedway Stadium as scheduled next Monday (August 12).

King's Lynn Speedway would like to place on record our thanks to the BSPL, the SCB and the Belle Vue promotion for their understanding of the situation and their agreement to move the fixture.
