West Norfolk students make the grade
Students from the long-established Mark Farnham Schools of Tae Kwon-Do took part part in Colour Belt Grading examination at Ely.
Gradings were conducted by 9th Dan Tae Kwon-Do Grand Masters from around the country, who each have more than 45 years Tae Kwon Do experience.
To take part in a grading a student needs to have worked for an allotted time and be up to a good standard for the grade they are taking.
Students all start at White belt and work though Yellow, Green, Blue and Red belt grades until they are ready to aim for their Black Belts.
Some children as young as the age of five took part and students achieved a 100 per cent pass rate in front of examiner, Grandmaster David Oliver, 9th Dan.
Well done to all of the students who participated and a big thank you to all the senior grades who helped making the grading run so safely and efficiently.
More than 14,500 students have now successfully passed colour belt gradings since the school was established more than 33 years ago.
