Swaffham defeat leaves Pedlars rooted to bottom of Thurlow Nunn First Division North table
Haverhill Rovers demonstrated why they are top of First Division North on Saturday with a comprehensive display against a struggling Swaffham side suffering from injuries and a lack of confidence.
The final result was a 6-1 defeat, Blake Foster heading into the bottom left-hand corner from a perfectly delivered cross from Jorge Pascoal.
Pascoal left the rock-bottom Pedlars down to ten men with 15 minutes to go, leaving the pitch with a reoccurrence of his hamstring injury.
With all substitutes used, it just about summed up the Pedlars' poor run of luck this season.
