West Norfolk athletes shine at Shouldham cross-country series

West Norfolk Athletic Club had athletes of all ages taking part in running action both locally and further afield, starting with the second instalment of the Shouldham cross-country series hosted by Ryston Runners.

The club started the day off with a bang with a personal best for under-9 William Ward, taking home bronze in 3.04 over 800 metres.

Ward was closely followed by another great run from Leo Kinsey in fifth and new member Jacob Green having a brilliant run for 15th out of a huge field of 40 boys.
