Norwich Rugby Club hosted an action-packed day of rugby with the annual county youth 10s tournament.

Two U14 teams from West Norfolk Rugby Club, sponsored by JBC Roofing, took part and put on a prominent display of an expanding squad with their new summer signings.

West Norfolk's two sides, the Sharks and the Wolves, each competed in four 15-minute matches against teams from Holt, Beccles, Crusaders, Fakenham and hosts Norwich.
