The final race of the day saw West Norfolk oldies braving the 10.8km course and didn't disappoint with Ben Collison gaining a personal best in 44.19 along with Neil Watson with another PB (47.02).

West Norfolk's Lee Tunmore finished in a respectful 52.50.
