Brancaster Staithe White Horse hosts North Norfolk Weekend Oyster Festival Fri, August 19 to Aug 21

After a two-year rest, North Norfolk’s Weekend Oyster Festival is back at The White Horse, Brancaster Staithe, for three days next week.

It will be in full swing the weekend after next, with oyster shucking aplenty by talented chefs and served six ways, washed down with a glass or two of Sparkling Nyetimber (English wine).

It takes place on Friday, August 19, 3pm to 10pm; Saturday, August 20, noon to 10pm; and Sunday, August 21, noon to 6pm.

There will be live music all weekend, including singer songwriter Ben Denny Mo.

There is no need to book.

Festival-goers are able to enjoy marshside spectacular panoramic tidal views and stunning sunsets if you linger longer.
