King’s Lynn Soroptimists ‘Rock and Roast’ evening at Lynn Masonic Centre for East Anglian Air Ambulance

On Friday, August 26 the King’s Lynn branch of Soroptimist International will be hosting a ‘Rock and Roast’ evening at the Lynn Masonic Centre with proceeds from the evening going to East Anglian Air Ambulance.

Volunteer and past CEO Patrick Peal MBE recently attended SIKL’s annual charter lunch at Congham Hall and gave a speech on the history of EAAA, from its humble beginnings to how it has transitioned to a fully operational 24/7 emergency medical service.

SIKL were delighted to learn that Patrick had been awarded an MBE in the Queen’s honours list this year for his services to emergency care.

The “Rock’ for the evening will be supplied by local classic rock trio “Generation 3” and the “Roast” will be supplied by E H Prior and Sons butchers by way of a hog roast.

There will be a licensed bar on the evening.
