Classical Music Rocks is putting on a one-night concert at King's Lynn Town Hall
A local charity is presenting a flute and piano concert for classical music lovers.
Classical Music Rocks is “delighted” to present ‘Tales Without Words’ by renowned international musicians Klio Blonz, who will play the flute, and Grace Mo, on the piano.
The concert will take place on Tuesday, December 5 at Lynn Town Hall. Doors will open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
With its wide palette of colours, it is a beautiful and rich selection of works, showcasing the depth of the repertoire for this duo in combination.
Throughout their careers, Klio and Grace have performed in the UK, Europe, and Asia.
They have been broadcast on BBC Radio 3 and have played in festivals and concert series around the world.
Both of them enjoy working with new composers and have given numerous world premieres throughout their careers.
They are passionate about their outreach and educational work, and use every means to make classical music accessible to their younger audiences – specifically through stories brought to life through works of the great classical masters.
Their idea for ‘Tales Without Words’ came from that same concept, though having in mind an adult audience where words are no longer needed to access this wondrous world of classical music.
The concert will last for around one hour, and guests will be invited to a Q&A with the artists after the performance.
Tickets are £10, including a glass of wine or juice, and the concert is free for those who are aged under 21.
Tickets are available at the door or in advance from the Lynn Corn Exchange Box Office (01553 764864).
