Get creative and make your own Christmas decorations at an event for all ages.

A free festive wreath and craft-making session is coming to The Beacon in North Lynn on Saturday, December 7 for a fun-filled day.

There will be a number of different tables of crafts happening in the hall, and potentially outside weather permitting.

You will be able to go at your own pace but someone will be there to help at each table should visitors need it.

At the event, guests will be able to make festive wreaths for their front door or dining table, create Christmas card designs and decorate gingerbread.

Participants will also be able to do wrapping paper printing and poinsettia crafting.

Everyone is welcome – there will be something for everyone whether you are eight or 88.

This is a free event, but donations on a pay-what-you-think-is-fair basis will be available at the door and appreciated to help cover the cost of the craft materials.

The event will be running from 10am-1pm.
