Cuillan Sound woodwind quartet appearing at Burnham Sutton cum Ulph Church

The Cuillan Sound woodwind quartet from Manchester are appearing at the church in Burnham Sutton cum Ulph on Saturday.

The ‘small, beautifully and perfectly balanced quartet’ have performed in major venues in the UK and abroad, but have a particular enthusiasm for concerts in towns, villages and regions that do not have many opportunities to experience professional live classical music performances.

Cuillin Sound is named after the beautiful land and seascapes around the islands of Skye and Raasay on the west coast of Scotland. The group’s wide-ranging repertoire and relaxed performing style takes inspiration from many genres of music, from classical to arrangements and settings of traditional Scottish melodies.
