King's Lynn discussion group to restart
A day school hit by the pandemic has been rescheduled for next year.
The first WEA (Workers' Education Association) day school in nearly two yeaers will be held on Saturday, March 12.
Nigel Herwin will present his 'Jukebox Cinema: Rock and Pop on Film' day-school, which had to be postponed in April last year.
Although numbers will be restricted, the group look forward to welcoming people back.
The Friends' Meeting House in Bridge Street, Lynn has been booked for a further six dates to continue the successful discussion group meetings which are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 10.30am.
A spokesperson said: "If you haven't been before, we'd love to see you. It's not intimidating, just conversation on a topic followed by tea or coffee and cakes.
"A donation to costs is welcome, but not compulsory."
Next meetings will be on the second Wednesday of each month starting next Wednesday (December 8), then it is January 12, February 9, March 9, April 13, May 11 and June 8.
