Author, explorer and TV presenter Levison Woods visiting King’s Lynn Corn Exchange as part of new tour
A best-selling author, explorer and TV presenter is set to embark on an exciting new tour.
Levison Woods will be coming to the stage at Lynn’s Corn Exchange as part of his ‘Walking the World: A Life of Exploration and Adventure’ tour on Friday, May 16 at 7.30pm.
He will captivate audiences with extraordinary stories from more than 20 years of exploration, including exclusive insights into his brand-new book, The Great Tree Story: How Forests Have Shaped Our World, and a behind-the-scenes look at the development of a major film.
The brand-new show – Levison’s fifth live tour – will celebrate the human spirit and the transformative power of travel as he takes audiences on a visual and emotional journey spanning his career to date.
The show will inspire both seasoned travellers and those dreaming of their first journey, as Levison delves into the philosophy of exploration, reflecting on how his military background, his love for photography and his role as a journalist have shaped his approach to travel.
He will reveal the creative process behind filming his expeditions, touching on the unexpected moments of connection, beauty, risk and reward that have marked his career and the lessons he’s taken from those travels.
