Family-friendly circus show coming to King's Lynn
World-renowned contemporary circus company Lost In Translation are bringing their new show ‘Inside Out’ to Alive Leisure Lynnsport in Lynn on Saturday, August 18, and it’s the perfect summer treat for the whole family.
The show is fun and exhilarating, features world-class acrobatic performers, and is a playful look at the dynamics between two circus performers from behind the scenes, right up until the final performance sequence.
There are two performances at the leisure centre on August 18, at 2.45pm and 6.45pm.
The show itself is 50 minutes long but the arrival times above include a meet and greet with the performers and a brilliant display about the history of circus before the show begins.
Karen Jeremiah, community touring manager at Creative Arts East (the arts and community charity supporting the delivery of the performances), said: “This year marks the 250th anniversary of circus, in celebration, circus events have been popping up all over the county this summer.
“We’re so pleased to be supporting this fantastic show. It’s an excellent opportunity for the borough of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk to be at the forefront of bringing circus to other major Norfolk towns outside of the city of Norwich.”
With tickets only £2.50 for under-18’s and £5 for adults, this is an unmissable opportunity to see one of the best circus companies in the world perform.
Tickets are selling fast, so call Lynnsport on 01553 818001 or visit the King’s Lynn Corn Exchange website to book online.
The performances have been brought to Lynnsport with support from Creative Arts East, an arts and community charity committed to improving lives across East Anglia through access to high-quality arts.
