Mountain Music is a play about songs that leave and come back again. It takes its audience on a journey of musical migration to the birth of what’s now called country music.

Featuring three-part harmonies and a five-piece string band, Mountain Music, written and devised by the Olivier Award-winning Little Bulb and produced by Farnham Maltings, charts the journey of Celtic folk music over 300 years as it moves from the UK and Ireland to America.

In this unique theatre spectacle, Little Bulb creates an unforgettable tapestry of culture, migration, and history, exploring the roots of Americana and its impact on popular music today.

There’s a rocking second-act gig featuring surprise ‘guests’, with a full bar open from the interval onwards provided by The Wenns Chop and Ale House of Lynn.

Tickets for this event cost £10 each. You can book online at https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/shouldham-entertainments-committee, reserve by calling 01366 347856 or you can pay on the door.
