Free family beer folk festival will be taking place at Denver Windmill on Sunday

A free beer and mini folk festival is set to come to Denver Windmill this weekend.

Taking place on Sunday from 11.30am, there will be lots to do to keep the whole family occupied, and everyone is welcome to join in.

On the day there will be a sing-around and jam session with all musicians welcome to join in.

There will also be performer sets and songs to join in with, as well as Jig Doll competitions and dance demonstrations.

Throughout the day, there will be tales and poetry readings.

A cafe is on the site, where there will be a beer festival too.
