Join the big wild pyjama party at Titchwell Marsh

An evening of campfire fun, bushcraft skills and a very special nature encounter is being planned at the Big Wild Pyjama Party at RSPB Titchwell Marsh Nature Reserve on Friday, September 10.

This unique evening is on one of West Norfolk’s most stunning wild places to experience the sights and sounds of wildlife as it settles down for the night.

Guests will learn how to set up a moth trap, then after the torchlit walk, check to see who’s come to visit.

Out on the reserve there will be searches for small flying bats on the hunt, looking for mini-beasts emerging from the depths of the pools and listening to the final calls of wildlife on the marsh as dusk descends.

Sitting around the campfire for stories, games and songs while cooking Danish bonfire bread made from scratch guests will then try their hand at whittling or making some natural art to take home, all under the spell of Titchwell’ s leafy woodlands.

After a well-earned treat, it will be time for sleepy heads to wend their way to bed and like all great parties, there will be a pyjama party goodie bag to take home.
