The cast of the King’s Lynn Players latest production, Goodnight Mister Tom, have headed out on location to Wolferton Station to publicise the show.
They braved the cold, but the images were worth it and the director, Sharon Fox, said: “Working on this play has been such an amazing experience that to have these photos to remember it by is great. The large cast have worked so well together.”
Goodnight Mister Tom tells the heart-warming tale of a young and neglected boy, William Beech (played by James McLeish), who is evacuated from London during The Blitz to peaceful Dorset, where he is housed with a somewhat reluctant and reclusive Mister Tom (John West).
Their developing father-son relationship and growing bond inspires both them and all around them, and they face many challenges along the way.
