King’s Lynn Men’s Shed holding open day for public to find out more about group

After a successful open day last year, a men’s group is holding another event for the public.

King’s Lynn Men’s Shed is inviting the public and organisations that work to prevent loneliness and isolation to this year’s open day on Saturday from 10.30am to 2.30pm at Saunders Yard on Austin Street.

Visitors can look around the shed to get an idea of what happens there and chat with current members about their experiences.

Tea, coffee, and cake will be available, as well as a raffle with all donations going to Prostate Cancer UK.

Items made by the Shedders will be on display and can be bought for a suggested donation.

You can find the event in Lynn just past Lidl on the left.

There is very limited parking at Saunders Yard with the nearest parking being Austin Fields or Morrisons with a three-hour maximum stay.
