Hunstanton’s music festival will be taking place over two days for the first time

The sixth Hunstanton Music Festival is taking place this weekend with two days of live music.

The annual summer event, which attracts large audiences of local people and visitors to the town, will be taking place on Saturday and Sunday, July 20 and 21 on The Green in Hunstanton.

There will be many different acts and bands performing with a wide variety of music to suit all tastes.

The entertainment starts at noon and runs through until 7pm with the headline acts ‘2nd Sunset’ on Saturday and ‘The Melody Beats’ on Sunday on stage at 6pm.

Music director of Hunstanton and District Festival of Arts (HDFA) Ian Wells said: “The festival is a great opportunity for young talent to gain experience and have the opportunity to perform on a large stage.

“There will also be more established bands entertaining the audience and a whole range of music from folk and metal through to rock and roll, acoustic covers, and rhythm and blues.

“The two headline acts are well-known and always put on a great show.”
