Harry Humphrey, the mayor, will light the bonfire at 6:30pm before The Chebbs perform on stage at 7pm and following that the firework display is scheduled for 8pm.

Graham Middleton, borough council deputy leader and cabinet member for business, culture and heritage, said: “Remember, remember, the fifth of November. Having missed out in 2020 we’re looking forward to coming back with a bang and putting on an amazing display. Fawkes in The Walks will be as spectacular as ever, and I’d urge everyone to come along and join us.”
