Romeo and Juliet play at St Nicholas’ this evening

Shakespeare’s famous love story, Romeo and Juliet, will be performed at King's Lynn’s St Nicholas’ Chapel this evening.

After a production of Macbeth was performed by a This Is My Theatre cast at the same location earlier this month, the group are back in the town for more.

Starting at 7.30pm today, the performance lasts for one hour and 30 minutes.

A modern characterisation of the tragedy with choral song, the play will be acted out in the historical setting of the church.

Tickets cost £12.50 for adults and £5 for under-16’s.

Friends of St Nicholas’ can purchase a ticket for £10, while a family of four tickets costs £32.

This Is My Theatre are in partnership with the Churches Conservation Trust to stage productions in their ancient buildings.

The group also perform in open spaces in addition to theatres and churches.
