The White Horse in Brancaster prepares for lobster weekend, seafood festival and Paella and Ibiza Chill Out Classics

It is set to be a busy summer for a coastal restaurant, with several exciting events planned.

The White Horse in Brancaster has a line-up of festivals throughout the year, with themes of seafood, Father’s Day beer and burgers, a lobster weekend and many more.

The first event lined up is a seafood festival taking place this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with live music.

Then a Father’s Day beer and burger event is planned for Sunday, June 15, with live music from midday.

On Sunday, June 22 will be a ‘Norfolk’ Paella and Ibiza Chill Out Classics, also with live music from midday – a saxophonist followed by DJ Smallie.

Following that will be a lobster barbecue weekend from Friday, July 11 until Sunday 13, as well as a Norfolk lobster and fizz festival from Friday, July 15 until Sunday 27. Both with live music from midday.

On August 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, the annual Brancaster Oyster Festival will take place with music.

There will also be the annual Brancaster Staith Sea Shanty Festival in the marshside and bar from Friday, September 12 until Sunday 14.

To end the string of events will be Norfolk’s Original Brancaster mussel festival from Friday, October 14 to Sunday 26 – again with live music.
