Have your say

Lynn better get ready for a roasting, because BBC Radio 4 regular, panel show favourite and stand-up comedian Mark Steel is Back in Town tomorrow with his hilarious new show.

The bespoke evening aims to both celebrate and shame the peculiar particulars of each town Mark visits, and follows the huge success of his Mark Steel’s In Town tour earlier this year.

He offers the residents of each place a unique opportunity to see the ridiculous side of where they live through the witty, sharp eyes of this highly acclaimed comedian.

Before each show, Mark conducts research on the towns he visits, learning about the history, any notable people, local landmarks, customs and humorous anecdotes. He then ‘goes to town’ on the town by affectionately poking fun at the local traditions, historical hilarities and nitty-gritties that make each town unique.

Mark Steel will be at Lynn Arts Centre with his Back in Town show tomorrow from 7.30pm. Tickets cost £15 and are available from the box office on 01553 764864 or online at
