Hunstanton and District Festival of Arts Festival 3 By the Sea offers art, music and live theatre
For art and music lovers, there will be a lot on offer to see and do in Hunstanton this month.
Festival 3 By the Sea, in collaboration with the Hunstanton and District Festival of Arts (HDFA), is providing art exhibitions, live music, open gardens and theatre performance.
On Saturday, there will be live music with the popular Busker’s Corner at the Victorian Pavilion.
This is being held in the Heritage Gardens from 2pm-4pm and musicians can come along and play and sing in an informal garden setting.
It’s an open-mic event and for those new to performing in public, this is a good place to start.
For art lovers there is an exhibition in the town hall from Friday until Sunday.
It features original art by local artists who have been invited to display their work and it offers a chance to buy pieces at affordable prices.
Entry is free to the exhibition and refreshments will be available.
Artist Shirley Carnt will officially open it at 6pm on Friday, with it closing at 4pm on Sunday.
A display of some of the ceramic tiles painted by local children and community groups, which are destined eventually for the sea wall, will also be on display.

This is a one-off chance to see the live, open-air performance, starting at 4.30pm in the Hunstanton Community Centre.
Tickets cost £15 per adult, £5 per child or a family ticket at £35.
Gates will open at 3.30pm for picnics in the field and visitors can bring low seating.
Refreshments will be available and if it rains the performance will go ahead in the centre’s hall.
