Fakenham And District Light and Operatics Society (FADLOS) have announced that Beauty and The Beast will be their annual pantomime production, so the cast and crew are working hard to live up to expectations.

In the National Operatic and Dramatic Association’s review of last year's pantomime Aladdin Susan Dupont said: “With all the energy and sparkle from the company to inspire the audience, would one want to be elsewhere on a freezing night when enjoyment was in the hall.”

From December 4 until December 9, Fakenham Community Centre will be delivering their family-friendly production with plenty of classic pantomime jokes (Oh yes they will).

Director Alex Chidichimo said: “We are excited to bring Beauty and The Beast by Clarke and Clarke to life on the stage.

“Our talented cast and crew are working tirelessly to create a production that will warm your hearts and leave you with a sense of wonder. It's a story that reminds us that beauty is not just skin deep, and love can conquer all.”

Starring Sarah Chessie as Beauty and Jeremy Barker as the Beast, the show will start at 7.30pm with a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm.
