Annual funfair and a new museum exhibition at King’s Lynn among exciting events lined up for coming week





EXHIBITIONS
LYNN: Town Hall: Stories of Lynn:
Open daily,10am to 4.30pm, £3.95 adult, £2.95 concessions, £1.95 child, £9.80 family ticket, interactive exhibitions, learn about the history of the town.

True’s Yard Museum:
Open Tuesday to Saturday, 11am-3pm , history of the North End fishing community, admission £3.50, concessions £3, children over five £1.50, family £6.50.

Lynn Museum, Market Street:
Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm, latest exhibition now open until September 15, The Moon – Our Nearest Neighbour.

DOWNHAM: Discover Downham:
Thursdays-Fridays, 10am-4pm, Saturdays 10am-1pm, discover Downham’s heritage: exhibitions, events and memorabilia.

FAMILY
LYNN: Tuesday Market Place;
Wednesday noon, official opening of The Mart, runs until February 24. Children’s day is Monday, February 19.

DOCKING: Ripper Hall:
Wednesdays, 9.30am, weekly market, cafe open.

FAKENHAM: Town Square:
Thursdays, 8.30am to 2pm, weekly market.

OXBOROUGH: Oxburgh Hall:
Daily, hall open 11am – 2pm but check days on website, grounds open from 9.30am. During February, Sundays and Mondays, snowdrop walks.

SANDRINGHAM: Sandringham Estate:
Sandringham House, gardens, church now closed but parkland, courtyard area and children's play area are open:
Saturday, 9am, park run, free to enter, start PE35 6AB

SNETTISHAM: Park Farm:
Open daily, 10am-3pm, children’s activities, meet the animals, walking trails, trailer tours to feed the deer.

FUNDRAISING
LYNN: St Raphael Club, Parkway:
Wednesday, 7.30pm, bingo for club funds.

EAST WINCH: Carpenters Arms:
Thursday, 8pm, monthly quiz night raising funds for of the Foal Farm Rescue Centre, in Kent
