Thornham Village Hall Five Painters Exhibition

Thornham Village Hall will be holding a Five Painters Exhibition this weekend, organised by local artist Stephen Martyn.

Over the weekend, five artists will host an exhibition of their paintings. Those involved are Jill Ilett, Stephen Martyn, Kit Price Moss, John Walker and Chandra Ward.

Each of the five artists paints in a different style, but they all share a love of the Norfolk landscape, although their work is certainly not limited to local scenes.

As part of The Five Painters exhibition there will also be a display of artwork produced by stroke survivors that have benefitted from art therapy workshops provided by the Stroke Association.

Some of the members of the Five Painters have been involved in tutoring these workshops and all members will be supporting the local Stroke Association group. At the exhibition there will be information about the Stroke Association’s work and group members that you can chat to.

The exhibition is open from 10am–5pm on Saturday, October 8 and Sunday, October 9. Admission is free.
