You are invited to Go Wild At Drove, tomorrow at a joint event at Drove Orchards in Thornham being held with the Norfolk Ornithologists’ Association (NOA).
From 10am-4pm visitors will have a chance to see the farm and its wildlife at close hand and also help to spread the word about work that the NOA is doing both locally and throughout Norfolk.
As with many NOA events there will be moth trapping and a ringing demonstration, lots of information about birds and other wildlife, and there will be a chance to see around the orchards too.
For those who aren’t familiar with Drove Orchards already, this is an opportunity to see that wildlife is made at home beyond the boundaries of our local nature reserves.
The event will take place just beyond the farm shop car parking area; there will be indoor and outdoor displays and activities for children and adults alike.
For more information, visit the NOA website at www.noa.org.uk and follow the events link in the menu bar. See also the Drove Orchards website at www.droveorchards.com
