King’s Lynn Civic Society is holding a talk on Victorian Christmas with mulled wine and mince pies to enjoy

Do you want to know how Christmas was celebrated back in the day? If you do, go along to this event and tuck into some treats.

Lynn’s Civic Society is holding a Christmas lecture on Thursday, December 7 from 7.30pm.

The talk is titled ‘What did the Victorians ever do for Christmas?’

Go along and hear historical interpreter, author, TV, and YouTube star Kathy Hipperson tell you about the Victorian dinner table.

On the night, mulled wine and mince pies will be served.

Everyone is welcome – and for non-members, entry costs £3 each.
