Try Tai Chi on Heacham beach

Two Tai Chi teachers will be encouraging people to join them for a session on Heacham beach and all for a good cause.

Allan Howlings, who lives in Heacham, after moving from East Devon said: "On Saturday, April 16, from 10am until mid day I will be running a fundraising event for the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Ukrainian Humanitarian Appeal.

"It will be on South Beach, Heacham and it is called Tai Chi on the Beach.

"It will be an opportunity for people to experience some of the benefits that Tai Chi and Chi Kung have to offer and to show that it is accessible to all.

"For people with mobility issues please bring a folding seat so that you may be able to participate in seated Tai Chi and Chi Kung.

"I have all the permissions to use the beach and keen to show what Tai Chi has done for me personally.

"Although this is a free event, donations will be appreciated to the appeal."
