Headmistress Sally North, who has been running the school for 35 years, has acquired an 1890 tortoise stove that will be used to boil the kettle for hot beverages.

The venue has played host to many school trips over the years as well as visitors on its annual open days.

Entry is free and there will be hot drinks and cakes available to enjoy.
