Terrington St Clement panto brings Sword in the Stone to life in December at village hall
After two years of being unable to perform due to Covid lockdown, the cast of Terrington St Clement village panto is thrilled to be bringing the Sword in the Stone to life on December 1, 2 and 3 at the village hall.
Co-writer Emily Prince said: “Written locally by myself and Carrie Ingram-Gettins, it is an original panto focused on a young baker’s boy Arthur and his love for the Princess Guinevere.
“The cast is also made up of locals mostly from Terrington with many who have been involved since the first pantomime way back in 2008.”
In the lead roles, Mary Bush will be playing Arthur and Hermione Hammond will play Princess Guinevere.
Times are: Thursday and Friday, December 1 and 2 at 7pm and Saturday, December 3 at 2pm and 7pm.
Tickets are now on sale at £10 for adults, £6 children (up to 12 years) and a family ticket (two adults, two children) at £29. Call Lesley on 01553 829161 to book.
The panto is staged by Terrington Community Fund.
