King’s Lynn firm CTS Security celebrates Mark Skerritt and Alan Lane career milestones
CTS Security are celebrating the career milestones of two long-serving employees – Mark Skerritt has achieved a working career of 30 years with the Lynn firm, while co-worker Alan Lane marks 20 years.
Mark has achieved the role of senior service engineer within his career and more recently has taken on the additional task of supporting apprentices; aiding them with their training at the company.
He is renowned for sharing his accumulative 30 years of abundant knowledge and experience with the apprentices. The team recognises and commends Mark for his hard work and are grateful that his expansive knowledge has been passed onto a future generation of engineers.
After 20 years within the company, Alan has attained the role of senior engineer. Alongside this role, Alan was additionally promoted in 2020 as installation and service manager and has proven to be an integral member of the team.
Alan works directly to manage the team of engineers at the CTS headquarters in Lynn.
CTS stated: "The on-going commitment and dedication that Alan has shown over the last 20 years is acknowledged and congratulated by the team.
"Both have made immense contributions to the company over the years; offering their own unique perspectives and initiative within their respective departments. In accumulating their vast experience, the two long term employees have shared knowledge and skills with the newer members of the team.
"Additionally, the longevity of service that these two employees have committed to the corporation reinforces that CTS Security is a viable company to build a long-standing career within. The whole team celebrates these remarkable timestamps as an important signifier of the CTS company ethos."

Established in 1974, CTS continue to operate under director Roy Fayers; a founding member who has seen the continual growth and development of the company since its humble beginnings.
