West Norfolk Indoor League needs cricket administrator after Colin Brassett steps down
Colin Brassett indicated last winter that he was intending to step down as league administrator after 20 years of service to the West Norfolk Indoor League, and someone else needs to take on the task.
The Norfolk Cricket Board thanked Colin for his considerable efforts, and added: “Colin has informed us that no one as yet has come forward to take on the running of the competition this winter.
“Without someone coming forward the competition is at serious risk of ending, which is something we all want to avoid.
“NCB are currently unable to directly take on the running of this due to funding and resources, as we already run three other winter indoor leagues.
"However, with Colin we have agreed that both NCB and Colin will offer support, advice and a handover process to anyone offering to take on the work of running the competition and also assist with the promotion of the league.”
