A new Domino’s pizza store is set to open in Downham Market next week with 50% off
A new Domino’s store is set to open in town next week as part of its aims to expand throughout our area.
The popular pizza chain will be opening its tenth store in the franchise group which also has premises in the likes of Lynn and Swaffham.
The latest restaurant will be in Downham, and will open up to the public at Bridge Street on Monday (December 4) at 11am.
It is opening in the town as the company thinks it has a lot of potential.
The restaurant will offer, sit-in, collection, and delivery services for its customers, with 50% off all menu items during the first week.
The pizza chain wants to promote its business to the West Norfolk community and provide opportunities for young people looking for a vocational career.
So far, the team at the new store consists of three managers, four in-store team members, and 12 drivers.
Luliana Elena Costache, who is the store manager at the North Lynn and Hardwick Domino’s franchises, is overseeing the Downham project too.
She said: “A lot of our great managers have started out as delivery drivers or in-store team members who have been inspired to take up management roles.”
She said the business encourages everyone to get involved, whether it is as a customer or as a fellow staff member.
Luliana added: “We look forward to being welcomed into the community.”
The group is currently aiming to open at least another three stores in our area within the next year, which means that more opportunities could arise for those who are interested in making a career at Domino’s.
