New players sought for West Norfolk youth orchestra

There will be an open rehearsal for the West Norfolk Jubilee Youth Orchestra tomorrow.

The group are looking for new players and hosting a taster evening at the Peter Hopkins Hall Springwood High School in Lynn from 7pm-8.30pm.

They are looking for musicians under the age of 21 who play an orchestral instrument at grade 4 standard or equivalent and who would you like the opportunity to play music with other young musicians who are aged 12 and over.

The orchestra meets weekly on a Wednesday evening in term time at Springwood High School.

Players come from a wide range of schools from Dereham and Wells to Wisbech and everywhere in between.
